To help us investigate your issue, please include:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 14, iPhone SE)
- Your iOS version (e.g. iOS 17.5)
- The app version (found in Settings or the app's about screen)
- What puzzle or room you were on
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
Basic Troubleshooting
Before contacting support, try these steps. They resolve most common issues:
- Restart the app. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-press the Home button), find Locked Room, and swipe it away. Then reopen it.
- Update to the latest version. Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, and pull down to check for updates. Install any available update for Locked Room.
- Restart your iPhone. Hold the side button and volume button, then slide to power off. Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
- Reinstall the app (last resort). Delete Locked Room and download it again from the App Store. Note: this will reset your progress.
