Basic Troubleshooting

Before contacting support, try these steps. They resolve most common issues:

  1. Restart the app. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-press the Home button), find Locked Room, and swipe it away. Then reopen it.
  2. Update to the latest version. Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, and pull down to check for updates. Install any available update for Locked Room.
  3. Restart your iPhone. Hold the side button and volume button, then slide to power off. Wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
  4. Reinstall the app (last resort). Delete Locked Room and download it again from the App Store. Note: this will reset your progress.
